We are having a fantastic Monday! Three lovely things have happened! Firstly, when we arrived at our classroom this morning we were pleased to observe that several of our seeds have started to grow! We now have seven young plants which include, pea plants, carrot seedlings and tomato seedlings.
After that, we had even more excitement when Caitríona dropped by with a letter for the class in response to our persuasive letters. Not only was she very impressed with our letters, but she also said yes to our request! We will be visiting the playground with our class! Caitríona has asked us to write a report of our trip afterwards. We are looking forward to our trip.
Finally, just before our second break, our whole class got to visit the ice cream van together and get a treat! We were so thankful and enjoyed eating on the grass with our friends before yard. What a lovely Monday!
